He was born in 1977 in Zangilan district.
In 2001, he received a bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, and in 2021, as a second education, he received a bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Public Administration of Atatürk University. He started his career in 2008 as a specialist at "Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation" LLC, in 2010 he became a department head at "Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation" LLC, in 2012 he became a garage manager at "Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation" OJSC. head of the department, in 2017 he was the general director of "NN Transportation and Procurement" LLC, in 2018 he was the head of the department of work with state bodies and state administrations at the Azerbaijan State Chamber of Auditors, in 2019 he was the director of the Narimanov branch of the Azerbaijan State Insurance Commercial Company, 2020 Since , he has been the head of the Security Service of the Azerbaijan State Insurance Commercial Company. Since 2022, he has been working as the director of the Security Department of Azerbaijan State Insurance Commercial Company, and at the same time, since 2021, he is a member of the Management Board of the mentioned institution.
