With this type of insurance, the income generated due to the partial or complete suspension of commercial activity or the weakening of production as a result of damages and losses caused to movable and immovable properties used when any commercial activity is carried out, due to the risks guaranteed by property insurance against fire and other risks losses are provided by the insurer as specified in the insurance certificate.
INSURANCE RISKS
Damage to the building, equipment, machinery, plant and goods used by the insured in commercial activities is considered to be the result of an event covered by the fire and other risks insurance policy.
INSURANCE PREMIUM AND SUM INSURED
The insurance premium is determined depending on the type of insured’s activity, the condition of the property, machinery and other factors affecting the risk.
In special cases, the rate may be less or more than the specified range.
CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the insurance policy is valid on the territory of Azerbaijan Republic.
Termination of the insured’s commercial activity of the for less than 72 hours is not covered.
