The following legal entities specializing in providing financial services to individuals and legal entities on the basis of a license obtained in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, regardless of their organizational and legal form:
- Banks and other credit institutions;
- Investment companies;
- Organizations operating professionally in the securities market;
- Other legal entities registered in accordance with the law.
- Any individuals and legal entities, regardless of their organizational and legal form, who have funds, deposits, other properties (securities, valuables, etc.) allowed to be kept in deposit accounts in banks operating in accordance with the legislation.

- Loss or damage to the buildings (rooms, offices, etc.) owned by the insured, as well as during transportation (including office) due to theft, robbery, burglary, arson, and other reasons;
- Losses incurred by the insured in the following cases:
- counterfeit currency, as well as checks, promissory notes, certificates of deposit and other securities and documents;
