Implementation of the activities envisaged in the Transition Plan to the "Government Cloud" carried out in order to implement the Decree No. 718 dated June 3, 2019 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the creation of the "Government Cloud" (G-cloud) and the provision of "cloud" services mutual work with state institutions continues.
According to the Transition Plan, the information systems of state institutions are fully or partially migrated to the Data Center owned by "AzInTelecom" LLC operating under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
"Azərsığorta" State Insurance Company received the services provided by "AzInTelecom" LLC in order to ensure the availability and stability of services within the framework of migration to "Government Cloud".
Also, "Azərsığorta" Company took advantage of the service provided for the purpose of safe storage of data.
The platform on which the obtained service is located allows institutions migrating their IT systems to the Data Center owned by "AzInTelecom" LLC to organize backup copies of data on virtual machines in a planned manner, as well as to copy data granularly, i.e. in parts.
Negotiations are also underway to provide "Azərsığorta" Company with "Microsoft Windows Server" products.
