The state-owned “Azərsığorta” OJSC, one of the main players in the country's insurance sector, is currently actively working on the optimization of its branch network in order to improve the quality of services offered to the population. The company's first branch, built on a new concept, was officially opened as part of the branch network transformation project.
According to the company's strategic development plan, the first branch opened in the new concept was the Paytakht branch, located at 29 Najafgulu Rafiyev Street, Khatai District, Baku.
The new branch has all the necessary conditions and facilities to provide high-quality service to customers. Thus, the residents of the capital can benefit from the mandatory and voluntary types of insurance offered by the “Azərsığorta” company by approaching the renovated branch in a new concept.
Jeyhun Gurbanli, adviser to the chairman of the board of directors of the company, said that the main goal of establishing branches in a new concept is to improve the working conditions of employees, as well as to further increase the efficiency and quality of insurance services provided to customers: "I hope that by providing the availability of insurance products to customers through our new branch, their insurance We will minimize the time spent on services. One of our main strategic goals is to further increase the level of customer satisfaction.
