"Azərsığorta" Company made an insurance payment in the amount of 18 million manats for "Compulsory insurance of civil liability of motor vehicle owners (AVSMMİS)".
"Azərsığorta" State Insurance Commercial Company made insurance payments in the amount of 17 million 834 thousand 678.36 AZN to the injured natural and legal persons for the months of January-November of the current year. The company's insurance payments under AVSMMİS have continued to increase during these months.
March was the most paid month in the mentioned reporting period. Thus, the total volume of insurance payments made in March was 2 million 478 million 907.79 manats.
It should be noted that "Azərsığorta" State Insurance Commercial Company, which started operating as a local State Insurance Department in the Azerbaijan SSR on October 21, 1921, became the first insurance institution of the South Caucasus in 1991 on the basis of the State Insurance Board operating under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It was established as the State Insurance Commercial Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since May 2022, the Company, which has been successfully operating under the "Azərsığorta" brand, provides services for 36 types of voluntary and compulsory insurance products and has a wide branch network in the republic.
