Farhad Adigozalov was born in Baku in 1977.
In 1999, he received a bachelor's degree in finance and credit from Azerbaijan International University, and in 2002, he received a second higher education in international economic relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2005, continuing his studies, he graduated with honors from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, specializing in economics and management of production and service fields.
F. Adigozalov started his career in 2000 at "Azersighorta" State Insurance Company. In 2003-2005, he worked as a specialist at the International Bank of Azerbaijan, in 2005-2009 as the assistant head of the State Registry of Real Estate Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2009-2013 as a department director at "Kapital Bank" OJSC.
Later, F. Adigozalov was the assistant to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2013-2014, the chairman of the Board of Directors of "Azer-Turk Bank" JSC in 2015-2017, and the deputy chairman of the Board of the National Depository Center from September 2020. .
F. Adigozalov was appointed Chairman of the State Insurance Commercial Company by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated December 07, 2021.
